Grayscale Geospatial provides screening-level environmental intelligence assessments. All deliverables are based on publicly available federal and state geospatial data, processed through proprietary analytical methods that include AI-assisted analysis reviewed by a qualified professional. Our assessments are not a substitute for professional field surveys, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, engineering design, or legal counsel. See our Disclaimer for full details.

Deliverables produced under a consulting engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. Grayscale Geospatial retains the right to use anonymized methodologies, analytical frameworks, and aggregated non-client-specific data for the improvement of its services and technology.
Our analyses draw on publicly accessible federal and state geospatial databases. While we take reasonable measures to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the underlying government data sources are error-free, current, or complete. Data vintage, source limitations, and confidence levels are disclosed in all deliverables.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grayscale Geospatial LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of this website or any consulting deliverable.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a consulting engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grayscale Geospatial LLC, its principal, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our deliverables in a manner inconsistent with their stated scope and limitations, or from your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
